1. Who we are

copybruv ("we", "us") provides the service described here. These terms cover the website copybruv.com, the Telegram bot @copybruv_bot and any related tools we provide (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, or from any place where using a service like this is prohibited. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

3. What the service does

The service lets you look up public on-chain information about traders and tokens, simulate how copying a trader would have performed in the past, and instruct software to execute swaps from a wallet you control, including automatically mirroring another wallet's trades within limits you set.

We do not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Traders shown in the service are third parties, not our employees or advisers.

4. Your wallet and keys

You control your wallet and can export its private key at any time. You grant the service a limited, revocable permission to execute swaps within the caps you set. The service cannot withdraw your funds. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account, your two-factor device and any key you export.

5. Risks

Trading digital assets is highly risky and you can lose all the money you put in. Tokens can lose their value within minutes. Copied trades can execute at worse prices than the trader you copy because of delay, price impact and network fees. Simulated results use past data and are not a prediction of future results. Most copy traders lose money.

6. Fees

We charge a fee on trades the service executes for you. The current fee is shown on the website and in the bot before you confirm. We may change fees and will announce changes in the bot before they apply.

7. What you may not do

• Manipulate markets, wash trade or coordinate pump and dump schemes.
• Abuse the referral program, including self-referrals and fake accounts.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service.
• Use the service on behalf of someone else without their authority.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third parties

Traders, tokens, liquidity pools, blockchains, bridges, wallet providers and data sources are run by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their actions, availability or failures.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or that any trade will execute.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, copybruv and its operators, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may pause the service or your access at any time to protect users, the service or to comply with the law. You can stop using the service at any time. Your funds always remain in your wallet.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will announce them in the bot before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
